Karen Bala Lindflott
Karen Bala Lindflott is a member of the DuPage County Bar Association, and was admitted to both the Illinois State Bar and the U.S. District Court of Northern Illinois in 1995. She has also been a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for abused and neglected children in DuPage County since 2000. In addition to her work in law, Ms. Lindflott is an active member of her community.
She was a board member on the Naperville Education Foundation (2012-2014), president of the Naperville Home and School Association, president of Steeple Run Home and School Association (2008-2011), former Girl Scout leader (2004-2014), current mentor for church youth group, and a mother of three children. In 1995, Ms. Lindflott graduated with her J.D., Magna cum laude, from the Loyola University Law School in Chicago, Illinois. She previously earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. She graduated Summa cum laude in 1989. From 1989 to 1992, Ms. Lindflott worked as a systems consultant at Andersen Consulting. From there, she moved to Aon Corporation where she also worked as a consultant until 1995. After earning her law degree in 1995, Lindflott became a staff attorney at the Lifespan Center for Domestic Violence until 1999. Ms. Lindflott is certified public accountant.
